Kinazo E1 electric bicycle created in Kinazo Design studio is one of the most unique projects to me. We've been developing this e-bike with a small team for a few years. My responsibility was the whole process from an idea sketches through 3D modeling to preparation of final CAD data for 3D printing. We were cooperating with experts in bike industry focused on geometry and component sector. After overcoming all difficulties in very demanding development process, we have finally finished our first functional prototype with the right engine and frame integrated battery. This bike is the first ever enduro e-bike made by aluminium 3D printing technology. E1 project was designed by Kinazo Design in cooperation with Paul+Murin Creative which was taking care of management and finances.
